I am known as a
team-worker, Belbin and

conclusions. I like to resolve conflicts and often can be found
compromising two conflicting opinions. |

key role of a manager is not so much the management of the work, but the

management skills as high due to my sailing background where I have to
manage small teams (of 2-5 people) who are living in a confined
space. This means I need to know how to gain respect and authority,
how people interact and how to get the best out of people, but I also have
to know their limits, especially when you're sailing 40 miles offshore,
with no emergency help within 30 minutes! |

Due
to my diverse background and my personality I can easily adapt to changing

Whilst
acting as the e-business program assistant I had to multi-task.
There was the on-going development of the e-business portal, the daily
organisation of the program modules, but also one-off tasks such as
translations, conferences that were thrown into my work basket from time
to time. This did not prove a problem. |
