Page purpose: This is the in-depth reception page. I will explain the site, how it works and my overall purpose in creating this site.

Mission statement: By looking through this site I want you to get an idea of where I came from, where I want to go but I also want this site to act as a demonstration of how Customer Service can be put into practice very easily and simply. People come to a site to find some information, they may like the pretty graphics, but if it hinders their search for information then say goodbye to a customer. So, if you feel frustrated by this site or cannot find any information you are looking for within 1 minute, let me know and I'll curse the server I'm using (though more likely I'll make some changes). I also wish this site to be simple to use and easy to understand.

Site layout and pointers: On the left you will find all the links you will need. If you ever need to return to this page, just click on the sheep in the top left hand corner.

For head hunters and HR department workers, I recommend that you "get to know me" better.

For small businesses looking to understand and implement CRM to improve their customer service, I suggest you head for the Inspiration pages to find articles and links on CRM and also tools that can be used without too much hassle in a small environment.

For those with a bit more time, have a look in the relax page for more info on what I do when I have spare time. You can also try out some psychometric tests, maybe you'll figure out that you shouldn't be in marketing but should be the CEO....
